### Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

#### Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

#### Salary / Benefits: £24k - £42k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a leading consultancy specializing in asbestos management services. They are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to work in the Yorkshire Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys, as well as smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing. #### Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys
* Perform 4-stage clearances
* Sample ACMs and ensure correct and safe labeling prior to analysis
* Conduct smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing
* Attend site to carry out onsite audits
* Ensure work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines
* Use TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings

#### Requirements:

* BOHS P402, P403, P404, or RSPH equivalent qualification
* Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company carrying out surveying and analytical duties
* Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines
* Familiarity with TEAMS / TRACKER systems
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to communicate efficiently
