About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will take on a leadership position at The Health and Safety Partnership, driving the company's safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) strategy across various utility and infrastructure projects in the North West region.

As SHEQ Director, you will oversee all aspects of SHEQ, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, industry best practices, and internal standards. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective risk assessments, method statements, and incident investigations to mitigate hazards and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in utilities and construction sectors, and experience in developing safety procedures and managing compliance with health and safety legislation. You will also be expected to design and deliver training programs, collaborate with senior management, and conduct regular audits and inspections.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to lead teams, work cross-functionally, and manage processes across multiple projects.
