Project Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Manager to join our team at Colas USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure monitoring projects in Scotland.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of infrastructure monitoring projects.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project execution, ensuring the safety of people and the protection of the environment.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and delivering value to the business.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, project management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong project planning and execution skills, risk management expertise, team leadership and management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
