About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our management team at Voyage Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading our residential service in Johnstone, providing day-to-day supervision and management of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
