    • Demonstrable experience of building effective supplier relationships to deliver continued supply chain benefit.
  • Strong Understanding of Timber Supply Chain Processes
    • Excellent knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly IT Literate
    • Proficient in Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management methods using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Numerical and Analytical Skills
    • Evidence of technical proficiency in forecasting with a deep understanding of financial and operational impacts.
  • Commercially Astute
    • Proven ability to understand customer and business requirements by applying business acumen.
  • Strong Planning Capability
    • Ability to manage and deliver strategies and processes across multiple departments and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Capability
    • Experience managing product lifecycle events across new product introduction, range optimization, promotion, and exit.
