Job Title: Multi-Trader

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trader to join our team at Andbridge Property Ltd, working on social housing, kitchen, and bathroom schemes in the Rotherham area. The ideal candidate will have experience in joinery and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carpentry: Skirting, hanging doors, kitchen fit, and general joinery skills
  • Painting and decorating: small paint jobs
  • Basic plumbing: tap changes and minor plumbing repairs
  • Finishing: ensuring a high-quality finish

Requirements:

  • Experience in joinery and multi-skilled trades
  • Good social skills and customer service
  • Asbestos awareness certificate
  • Face Fit Certificate
  • Public Liability
  • Driver's License
  • CSCS Card
  • Manual Handling
  • Working at Heights
