The role of Finance Assistant is an integral part of our Finance team, ensuring timely and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Monitor team budgets
  • Enter purchase invoices into the accounts system
  • Administer payroll
  • Manage the accounts inbox
  • Raise invoices and maintain credit control
  • Support the management of the company car fleet
  • Assist the Finance Manager with VAT reconciliation

Requirements:

We seek a highly organized individual with a keen interest in finance and numbers. Studying or having obtained AAT Level 2 is ideal, and we will support you in gaining this qualification if needed.

Experience with finance systems like Xero and Sage is desirable but not essential.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a company pension scheme and 32 days' annual leave (including bank holidays). You'll also enjoy free parking, an on-site gym, bakery, deli, and butchers in our stunning self-designed offices.
