This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a thriving business in a busy and varied role.
Your new role will involve assisting with all aspects of the HR function through providing HR administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with the maintenance of multiple HR tracker spreadsheets, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support with the maintenance of the HR Management Software, PAMS.
- Providing support with employee relations meetings, to include drafting invitation letters and minute taking.
- Setting up inductions for new employees.
- Creating staff cards for all employees.
- Supporting with absence management through care calls and communicating relevant information with line managers.
Requirements:
- 1 year's HR Administration experience is essential.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent IT skills which include; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly organised.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Can-do attitude.
