Job Title: Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team at Creative Support. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a new-build mental health supported living service for 14 individuals with mental health needs.

About the Role:

You will work closely with service users, their families, and other agencies to assess needs and plan a successful transition into the service. Your role will involve creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that staff are skilled in promoting recovery and positive engagement, and building relationships based on respect and unconditional positive regard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the service to referrers and potential service users
  • Deploy staff according to assessed needs
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of service delivery
  • Liaise and work jointly with the landlord
  • Assess, support plan, and manage risk
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload. Flexibility to the needs of the service is essential, and a willingness to follow instruction and accept supervision is also required.
