Job Description:
We are seeking a Marine Craftsmanship Expert to join our team in Falmouth, Cornwall. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in our boat assembly process, working on activities such as scribing and fitting joinery parts, installing teak decks, and adding finishing touches by installing windows, doors, and furnishings.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Boat Builder is preferred
- Right to work in the UK is essential
- Proven competence in a variety of boat building skills
- Strong practical hand skills
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety practices
