Graduate Learning Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support children with moderate learning difficulties and associated behaviors.
The role involves working closely with pupils who require specialized curriculum support to enable them to thrive and reach their full potential.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with other professionals, gain relevant experience, and expand your knowledge and skillset.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the class teacher to provide students with a tailored learning experience.
- Provide behaviour and pastoral support to ensure students' well-being.
- Build robust and effective relationships with students through empathy and understanding.
- Employ a practical approach to meet the individual needs of students.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration.
- Ensure the safeguarding of students at all times.
- Participate in staff meetings and complete appropriate Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Compensation: £85-£100 per day, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, term time only. This competitive rate reflects the importance of this role in supporting our students' academic success.
