Financial Services Administrator

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Jobseekers Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare letters and correspondence for clients and providers
* Make phone calls to providers and clients as required
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data on our CRM system
* Manage day-to-day client enquiries and provide excellent customer service
* Provide cover for reception duties, including answering phones and dealing with post
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures, including anti-money laundering and FCA rules

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in a financial administration role or a graduate looking to gain experience in the financial services sector
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
