**Job Title:** Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and contribute to their educational development.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. They will also possess a calm approach to working with children and adults alike, as well as an enthusiasm for working in schools.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Supporting teachers and other support staff in delivering high-quality education to students with special educational needs.
  • Providing individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Liaising with parents and carers to ensure that students receive consistent support and guidance.

**Requirements:*

  • A commitment to developing the whole child, both personally and academically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster good professional relationships very quickly.
  • An understanding of how children learn and develop, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a supportive role.

**What We Offer:*

  • A competitive salary of £23,114 - £23,500 per annum, pro rata.

**Salary Range:** £17,540 - £17,833 per annum (pro rata)
