About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Coordinator to join our client's team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for providing on-site fluid management and condition monitoring services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all on-site activities, including applying, changing, and topping up lubricants and fluids within plant equipment and machinery.
  • Work to an agreed planned maintenance schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Manage the waste stream to safely dispose of waste off-site, adhering to strict environmental and health and safety protocols.
  • Report on activities using the company's in-house IT system, providing accurate and timely updates.
  • Provide excellent customer liaison and attend/assist in meetings to ensure seamless communication.
  • Follow strict practices and procedures, including 5S and H&S, to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within the manufacturing, engineering, or chemical industry is preferred.
  • Essential experience coordinating small-scale projects, with a strong focus on time management and attention to detail.
  • IT literacy and ability to create reports and present findings.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable with creating reports and presenting findings.
