PBS Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an outstanding PBS Practitioner to join our team at Woodley School and College. As a PBS Practitioner, you will play a key role in empowering our students to improve communication, independence, and achievement.

The successful candidate will have a passion for PBS and a drive to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. You will be a skilled team operator with a great understanding of the challenges autistic children and young people face.

As a PBS Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Inspiring trust and confidence in our students and staff
• Developing and implementing effective PBS strategies
• Working collaboratively with our therapeutic team to provide a holistic approach to student support
• Contributing to the development of our school's PBS framework
