About the Role:

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Sales team throughout the UK, utilizing exceptional communication skills to drive sales growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK office of a global manufacturing business, expanding due to continued sales growth, and work in a great team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager and field-based sales team to track sales activity and forecasting.
  • Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is up-to-date with company information.
  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities through research.
  • Utilize email, calls, and LinkedIn to promote the company's services and products.
  • Track sales activity to produce reports for the Senior Management Team (SMT).
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing activity and trade events.
  • Support the coordination of projects, including additional administration.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Ensure quotations are sent out promptly and followed up effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in making Business-to-Business (B2B) sales calls.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing activity on social media.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office.
