This contract role offers a competitive salary/day rate based on experience and suitability, as well as the opportunity to make a significant impact within the business's day-to-day productivity while working with a superb team.
In this role, you will collaborate with various functions, including Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, Warehousing, and Logistics, to ensure that company targets are achieved.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinating team tasks to maximize efficiency
- Assisting in the development and implementation of manufacturing procedures to drive efficiencies for the overall operations
- Collaborating with various functions to meet company targets
- Setting and monitoring KPIs to drive performance improvements
**Requirements:**
- Background in Manufacturing, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Excellent team management skills
- Proficiency in creating and managing schedules and workflows
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Good Safety Knowledge
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Degree or certification in a relevant field
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence
