Assistance for Students with Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide assistance to students with disabilities at beBee Professionals in Esher. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement IEPs that meet the specific needs of students with disabilities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, ensuring students receive the necessary assistance to succeed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social interaction and emotional well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with teachers and students.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students are crucial in this role.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable but not mandatory.
