The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care, working closely with the Practice Development Nurse to develop and implement training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering education and training programs for the Critical Care team
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions
  • Mentoring and coaching junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
