This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Skills and Learning Facilitator to join our Critical Care team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care, working closely with the Practice Development Nurse to develop and implement training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering education and training programs for the Critical Care team
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions
- Mentoring and coaching junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
