Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team at Mansell Recruitment Group. As an IPC2 Operative, you will be responsible for building PCB assemblies to IPC610 class 2 standard by hand-soldering thru-hole components and completing component fit and crop. You will also follow PCB cleaning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build products according to customer specifications and requirements
  • Ensure all work is completed to specified levels of acceptable workmanship
  • Follow Company procedures and work instructions at all times
  • Undertake all provided training
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety requirements and regulations
  • Adhere to the Company IT and Data policy
  • Comply with the statutory requirements and regulations and Company requirements
  • Carry out any other reasonable request which is for the benefit of the business
  • Assist in the training of team members ensuring best practice standards are maintained
Requirements
  • General secondary education
  • Experience in PCB production processes
  • Some hand soldering experience
  • IPC 610 class 2 standard certification advantageous
  • Use of fine tools and microscopes advantageous
  • Computer literate
Benefits

Starting Salary of £22,224.20 which is £12.10 an hour. This will increase after probation (Usually 12 weeks). Bonus/Company Profit Sharing Scheme offered twice a year. Monday - Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00. Friday: 08:30 – 15:30.
