About the Job:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Health and Social Care Internal Verifier to join our team. As an Internal QA specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our apprenticeship programs.

Responsibilities:
  1. You will verify the accuracy and quality of assessment decisions made by assessors.
  2. Collaborate with assessors to develop and implement quality plans, promoting continuous quality improvement.
  3. Develop and execute observation schedules, ensuring adherence to company and awarding organisation requirements.
  4. Undertake regular observations of teaching and learning to maintain exceptional standards.
  5. Maintain accurate records and sampling plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as an IQA for Health and Social Care Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
  • Possess a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
  • Familiarity with occupational competency in care at management level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
