Job Title: Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing communication skills for children and young people with SLCN, complex needs, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to children, directly and through support to their families and the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Conduct assessments and develop interventions to support pupils with SLCN, complex needs, and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement effective therapy programs.
  • Supervise and support Junior Speech and Language Therapists and SLTAs as needed.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, continuing professional development, and service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) Degree or Masters.
  • Registration with RCSLT and HCPC.
  • At least 2+ years' experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist with children with SLCN, complex needs, and their families.
  • Preferably worked with children with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Preferably experience using AAC, including signing and communication boards.
