Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer
Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our team of ground investigation specialists. As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, providing you with the resources and training to kickstart your career.
This role offers:
- Competitive Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum.

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with Site Walkovers and preparing phase plans.
- Writing Factual Reports and working on in-situ testing, borehole logging, groundwater and gas monitoring.
- Observing Day-to-Day Tasks to develop geo-environmental knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Minimum of a BSc in Geology, Geoscience, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or a Relevant Subject (MSc preferable).
- Keenness to Learn and Develop Geotechnical Skills.
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- Commutable to Durham.
- Full Right to Work in the UK.
This is a permanent role with a reputable company.
