DoubleTree by Hilton London Chelsea Mixologist Job

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Chelsea. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to a high standard
  • Ensure the bar area and tables are clean and well-maintained
  • Work across all areas of the bar, including drinks service, food service, and cocktail preparation
  • Develop a strong menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
  • Use fresh ingredients to create unique cocktails
  • Understand the ingredients and flavors of cocktails and other drinks to assist guests and train team members
Requirements:
  • Experience as a cocktail specialist
  • Ability to maintain exceptional high standards and service
  • Good understanding of how drinks are made, ingredients, flavors, and new menu experiences
  • Strong passion and creativity for food and beverage
  • Great guest focus and attention to detail
  • Organized and able to work under pressure
