Warehouse Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled
Parcel Sorter/Warehouse Operative to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for sorting and organizing incoming parcels accurately and efficiently, ensuring they are delivered to the right destination on time.
Responsibilities:
* Sort and categorize parcels based on designated routes and destinations
* Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process
* Ensure proper labeling and categorization of parcels to prevent errors in delivery
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines
* Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation
* Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimizing space utilization
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards
Requirements:
* Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting is preferred but not required
* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and labeling of parcels
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional overtime as needed
* Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location
