About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart in Luton. As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
  • Process eviction requests and ensure properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing and/or administrative roles
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Outstanding customer service and IT skills
  • Attention to detail and good telephone manner

What We Offer

  • Basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • Uncapped commission target of £2,725 (in addition to basic salary)
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £28,125+ per year

  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu in exchange)

Holiday entitlement of 30 paid days per annum (pro-rata) includes 22 days plus 8 bank holidays, with a day in lieu given back if employee has to work on a bank holiday.
