About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Paralegal or Legal Secretary to join our expanding team in Rochdale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with property transactions, conducting due diligence, and liaising with clients and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with property transactions, including drafting and reviewing documents
  • Conduct due diligence on properties and clients
  • Liaise with clients and other professionals to ensure smooth case progression
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing files and documents
About You

To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in a similar position, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as is a proactive approach to work.
