Shift Pattern: Week 1: Monday & Tuesday, Week 2: Tuesday & Thursday
Job Description:
We are seeking a patient and empathetic support worker to support an individual with a learning disability, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be committed, caring, enthusiastic, and able to actively engage and provide full interaction with the individual.
About the Individual:
The individual lives at home with their family and is a very friendly person who loves the company of others. They enjoy books, being read to, and sensory time on the floor. They are non-verbal, so the support worker will need to be patient and able to communicate well.
