Data Migration Specialist - S4 Hana

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Migration Specialist to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our Data Workstream, you will be responsible for delivering data migration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and develop strategies for data cleansing and preparation.
  • Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with business units to ensure seamless data migration and validate data integrity post-migration.
  • Data Migration: Utilize SAP tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LTMC) for data extraction, transformation, and loading, and create detailed documentation of data migration processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on data migration procedures and develop data validation and testing plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for data migration-related inquiries and provide regular updates on migration progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven hands-on experience with SAP ECC6.0 and SAP S/4HANA is mandatory, with at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation completed.
  • Skills: Proficient in data migration tools, techniques, and methodologies specific to SAP, as well as advanced Excel and SQL skills.
  • Qualifications: SAP Certified Associate qualification is highly desirable, and project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, Agile) are advantageous.

Work Environment:

  • On-site in London (Marble Arch) 2-3 days a week.
  • This position may require occasional travel to Salford Quays, Manchester, and collaboration with an offshore team in India.
