Fire & Security Project Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Management Lead to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage fire and security installations, system upgrades, and modifications in line with contracts and budgets.
- Supervise engineers and specialist subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist with business planning and performance review to meet financial targets and objectives.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals, set objectives, and review progress for team members.
- Identify and resolve service delivery issues to meet contractual obligations and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards to maintain contract integrity.
- Regularly meet with customers to sustain and enhance existing business, addressing any contractual or commercial issues.
- Support the project delivery team in expanding the value of business within existing contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in overseeing installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects for fire and security systems.
- In-depth understanding of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm technologies.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate on-site engineers and subcontractors effectively.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including BS 5839, BS 5266, and NSI standards.
- Proficient in managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Experience in communicating effectively with clients to manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve on-site issues swiftly and effectively.
- Commitment to ensuring that installation work complies with safety and regulatory standards.
- A competitive salary of around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
