At RA Bennett, we're committed to helping you achieve your career goals in the mortgage industry. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you'll embark on a structured and transparent progression journey, with a competitive basic salary and a realistic OTE of £35,000 - £45,000 in your first year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support.
  • Conducting Appointments: Conduct 2 to 3 appointments a day, providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers' needs.
  • Attracting New Customers: Attract new customers and business while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
Requirements
  • Resilient Attitude: Demonstrate a resilient, positive, and friendly can-do attitude.
  • Strong Sales Skills: Showcase a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion.
  • Motivated to Succeed: Be motivated to be successful and achieve your career goals.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving License: Possess a full UK driving license.
