About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Driver to join our Recycling Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising allocated staff and overseeing the safe use of vehicles, plant, and machinery.

As a Team Leader Driver, you will be responsible for the direction of the work of trainees, agency staff, and/or other employees assigned to you. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that all safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise allocated staff and oversee the safe use of vehicles, plant, and machinery

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
