Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in the safe delivery of surgeries, including Cancer Surgery, Haematology, Clinical Oncology, and Medical Oncology.
Job Summary:As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the surgical team, and contributing to the smooth operation of the theatre department.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure seamless theatre operations
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical and leadership skills
- Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and efficient theatre environment
- RGN or ODP qualified
- NMC or HCPC registration
- NHS or Private experience, both considered
- Experience working in theatres or transferable areas
- Previous experience working in a senior capacity, advantageous
- Passion for high-quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High sense of personal responsibility
