Senior Children's Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Children's Home Manager to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a Senior Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a brand-new Residential Children's Home in Salisbury. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote the well-being and independence of young people.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a holistic approach to care and support.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in leadership and management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior role in residential care.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted and experience of working in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
