Role Overview

Fortus Recruitment is representing a maintenance contractor seeking a Property Maintenance Operations Manager for their property services division.

About the Position

This is a permanent opportunity to join a growing business in West London. As a Property Maintenance Operations Manager, you will oversee a team of operatives and subcontractors, responsible for delivering reactive works repair services and void refurbishments to scattered housing properties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day supervision of a large team of direct operatives and subcontractors as required
  • Pre- and post-inspections of works to ensure quality and compliance
  • Organizing and allocating operative workload in association with project programs
  • Conducting toolbox talks and monitoring health and safety protocols
  • Utilizing the NHF SOR system to price works efficiently
  • Traveling between properties to inspect work sites and meet clients/tenants
  • Liaising with clients and tenants to address any concerns or queries related to the works
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in property maintenance operations management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of health and safety protocols and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in utilizing the NHF SOR system
Salary and Benefits
