As a member of our Security and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in protecting our systems and data from potential threats. Your duties will include working closely with other teams to ensure that all aspects of our business are secure and compliant with relevant regulations.

You will have the opportunity to design and implement new systems and processes to protect against emerging threats, as well as analyse security data to identify trends and patterns. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating training and education materials to educate colleagues on security best practices.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days over time, and eligibility to participate in our annual bonus and company share incentive schemes.

Requirements
  • Graduated with a 2:1 or a 1st in a technical subject.
  • Good A-levels or equivalent.
  • A track record of delivering on projects and ability to carry tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A strong interest to learn about the field of Cybersecurity.
