Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Household Supervisor to join our team at The HireWorks Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our college site, including accommodation, study areas, guest houses, and offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure the site is maintained to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning standards and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
