Manufacturing Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team in Weston-Super-Mare. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for implementing Lean methodologies and driving continuous improvement within the manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop tools, fixtures, and components to support production programs
  • Optimize factory layouts to improve efficiency and productivity
  • SOURCE and manage subcontractors to meet customer requirements
  • Liaise with customers to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
