We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Co-Founder for our next-generation therapeutics initiative focused on Parkinson's disease. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading organization in the field of neurodegenerative disease research and contribute to the development of innovative therapies that can transform patient lives.

About the Role

As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in leading our therapeutic discovery and development efforts. You will be responsible for driving the development of next-generation therapeutics that target the root cause of Parkinson's disease, with the ultimate goal of slowing, halting, or reversing disease progression.

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent industry R&D experience in neuroscience or a related field;
  • Advanced knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and constraints in neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson's disease, at the cellular and molecular level;
  • Broad knowledge in therapeutic development processes within biotech or pharma industries;
  • Industry-specific know-how, commercial knowledge, and a strong network within pharma;
  • Experience in biotech, building and scaling new technologies from concept to demonstration;
  • Experience in raising funds from early-stage investors/VC;
  • Experience in building and scaling a high-growth enterprise (leadership/C-suite roles).
