Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in the Western Trust Area. As a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adults with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the relevant professional body
  • Experience working in mental health services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
