As a key member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with experienced staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, utilizing a therapeutic approach, outdoor learning, and academic and vocational programs tailored to each individual's needs.

With a strong focus on student-centered care, you'll provide emotional and physical support, facilitating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters growth, confidence, and self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Pupils with Complex Needs: You'll work closely with our experienced teams to develop and implement personalized learning plans, utilizing a therapeutic approach, outdoor learning, and academic and vocational programs tailored to each individual's needs.

Providing Emotional and Physical Support: You'll provide emotional and physical support, facilitating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters growth, confidence, and self-esteem.

Collaborating with the Team: You'll work collaboratively with experienced staff to deliver outstanding education and care, sharing knowledge, experience, and learning to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Contract: Permanent, term-time only. Location: The Greater Horseshoe School, Heathfield.
