Substance Misuse Nurse

About the Role:
The Forward Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Highdown. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical interventions and supporting service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions to service users
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Provide education and support to service users and their families
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of substance misuse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
