About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Barchester Care Centre. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Assess patient needs and develop individual care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Support and mentor junior nurses and clinical practitioners
  • Contribute to the development of care policies and procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements
