Job Overview

SS&C Technologies Holdings is the largest global investor service provider, servicing over 55 million investors. As a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale infrastructure migration, microservices platform build, and data platform delivery.

About the Role

This role requires strong collaboration skills to work closely with delivery teams, managers, project managers, and release management teams across the globe. Your primary focus will be on managing infrastructure and platform-built projects, allocating work across teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely escalations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage infrastructure and platform-built projects, collaborate with the wider program team for demand and capacity planning.
  • Work Allocation: Manage work allocation across delivery teams as well as cross-team capacity planning.
  • Tracking Progress: Track, monitor, and report on allocated work and budgets, ensuring team forecasts and allocation reporting is kept up to date with PMO and actively monitor project actuals.
  • Risk Management: Manage external dependencies, risks, and issues, ensure timely escalations.
  • Jira Management: Manage Jira tasks, recording and reporting including appropriate status updates.
  • Triage Defects: Triage defect allocation.
  • Agile Practices: Promote and support Agile practices in the organization.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • A person with excellent written and verbal communication, as well as excellent customer engagement skills.
  • A person with strategic and critical thinking, and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and infrastructure.
  • A person with growth mind-set – someone who embrace challenges, adapt well to changes, proactive, be a problem solver, learn from experience, have the desire, and put the effort to develop self.
  • A team player who communicates and collaborates well with others.
  • A person with willingness to travel internationally occasionally and work outside of local time zone hours as needed.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package with an estimated range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
