About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Executive to join our industry-leading Field Sales team at Imperial Brands PLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and building strong relationships with our customers in the Taunton/Bridgwater area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including independent retailers and wholesalers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Valid Full UK driving licence and ability to travel frequently.

What We Offer

  • Annual salary of £33,000 (£40,000 OTE).
