Carpentry Teacher

Greater Manchester - Estimated Salary: £34,000 - £45,200 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to learners at a Further Education College in Greater Manchester. This is a full-time temporary role with the potential to become permanent.

Your responsibilities as a Carpentry Teacher will include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons to learners from diverse backgrounds
  • Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with learners, colleagues, and industry partners
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Carpentry or related field
  • Experience of lecturing at Further Education level
  • Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE)
  • DBS check
