Job Description
  • Commercial property sales and purchases: Handle complex transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Drafting documents for property developments: Prepare comprehensive documentation for various projects, including construction and infrastructure developments.
  • Asset and share purchase agreements: Negotiate and draft agreements for the transfer of assets and shares, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Drafting commercial contracts and leases: Develop bespoke contracts and leases for businesses, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
