Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant Opportunity

Location: Leicester

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our client's expanding team in Leicester. As a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a range of contaminated land and ground investigation projects, working closely with a specialist and experienced team.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in environmental science, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or a similar subject, and have experience as a geo-environmental engineer or consultant. You will also need to hold a clean and valid UK driving licence and be commutable to Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Phase 1 desktop studies and Phase 2 assessments
  • Supervise and review factual and interpretive reports
  • Manage projects and lead teams
  • Develop and implement environmental sustainability strategies
