Key Responsibilities:- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions using Siemens NX software.
- Advise clients on best practices for using NX to enhance design, simulation, and manufacturing processes in the marine industry.
- Lead and manage NX implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for clients to enhance their proficiency in using NX software.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and best practices guides.
- Customize and configure NX software to meet specific client needs, integrating it with other systems and technologies.
- Conduct testing and validation of customized solutions to ensure they meet performance and functionality requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working with Siemens NX software, including design, simulation, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record in the marine industry, with a deep understanding of shipbuilding processes.
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., VB, Python) for NX customization is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
