Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Birch Hill care Centre in Berwick-upon-Tweed. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and housekeeping services within designated premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of customer-focused cleaning and housekeeping services
• Clean customer accommodation and communal spaces to a high standard
• Prepare areas for food service and assist with meal clearing
• Maintain supplies for refreshments and participate in quality assurance programs
• Report equipment faults and work within CQC standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in housekeeping or a related field and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
